Hi Joe,
Sorry it took so long to get back you but I've been
really under the weather lately and haven't had the
energy. I think we will most likely be up there next
Saturday, you guys really didn't have to trouble
yourself with anything. I don't think we could be more
pleased with the service that you guys provided us
with during our long journey to finding and getting that
perfect first home. Most Realtors I think would have
looked passed us because of our age and our budget
or took advantage of us but you guys stuck around
and helped us in every way. I think we knew the
moment we started looking at the first home and Joe
started advising about not letting us get into a home
with termite damage or any molding, he would just tell
us to leave and we'd find something else. I think most
would have looked passed the damage for a quick
sale, but to us, you guys seemed like you cared
enough to not let us get into something like that. From
answering every question we had about the first
house we saw, to making offers,and all the way up to
to closing day, you were knowledgeable and helpful
through it all and we highly appreciate it. Thanks for
all your time and help, and spending almost every
weekend with us driving around for hours. You have
exceeded our expectations and gave us a really great
first impression on home buying, as stressful as it may
have seemed. Thanks again and hopefully we'll see
you this coming weekend
